JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 1-2 years of experience in the PEB Steel, Construction, or Building Material industry. The ideal candidate will have strong language skills in both Chinese and English and will be responsible for managing and expanding our global market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the global market.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in PEB Steel, Construction, or Building Materials industry.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
