Responsibilities:
Professional Services:
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client projects and initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales activities by gathering client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Assist in drafting project proposals for clients.
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of Microsoft 365 infrastructure solutions, including:
- OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
- Identity and security features
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Migrations to Exchange Online using third-party tools
- Office 365 mailbox migration
- Infrastructure integration and enterprise mobility assessment
- MS Teams rollout and backup solutions
- Security and mobility management
- Microsoft 365 rapid deployment
- Evaluate current on-premises or cloud environments and recommend future improvements.
- Act as a Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, guiding clients through cloud transition and conducting necessary assessments.
- Lead client projects and coordinate teams to meet milestones.
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering large-scale projects for enterprise clients.
- Contribute to pre-sales consulting, both internally and with clients.
Delivery and Documentation:
- Design and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
- Create documentation such as design documents, migration plans, and test plans.
- Lead workshops to create roadmap designs and transformation plans for Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Present the portfolio to clients, detailing features, implementation approaches, and benefits.
- Contribute to solution design, risk analysis, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Provide input for technical estimates and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Participate in peer reviews and project assessments.
Support Services:
- Provide level-3 support for Microsoft 365 issues, resolving complex technical problems.
- Advanced expertise in Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerShell (with Power Automate/PowerApps preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and authentication protocols.
- Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for M365 services, offering recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Level 1 and 2 teams to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (on-premises/online), SharePoint (on-premises/online), Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Office 365, and related technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Proficient in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage critical customer communications during events.
- Hold or obtain a minimum of 7 Microsoft certifications, including MS-900, AZ-900, PL-900, SC-900, and others.
- ITIL V4 Foundation or higher certification required.
Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in solution design, implementations, and migrations.
- 5+ years in customer-facing technology support roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing M365 components.
