Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
   - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical equipment sector.

2. Project Management:
   - Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion
   - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
   - Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Client Relationship Management:
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
   - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

4. Technical Expertise:
   - Provide technical support and guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in electrical equipment
   - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

5. Team Collaboration:
   - Work closely with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution
   - Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
   - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market insights
   - Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics, Electric Power, Automation, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project sales within the electrical equipment industry
- Good network with investors, contractors, consultants, designers, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex projects
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
