Job Overview:

As a Fabricator, your primary role will be to handle fabrication tasks, and additionally, you will be expected to support warehouse operations as needed. Your main responsibilities as a Fabricator include reading and understanding technical drawings of conveyor belts and performing various fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, and assembling belts according to customer 
 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.  

2. Assemble appropriate templates for products according to technical drawings. 

3. Operate machinery and adjust parameters as required.  

4. Work with various types of welding equipment and cutting presses.  

5. Perform length and width measurements of products.  

6. Measure thickness using calipers.  

7. Ensure products meet quality standards and perform quality checks during and after the fabrication process.  

8. Complete in-process and final quality inspection reports.  

9. Coil and flatten products as needed.  

10. Operate and maintain fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.  

11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.  

12. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines 

13. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.  

14. Support warehouse operations as needed, including receiving and organizing goods, providing materials to production workers, and assisting with picking, packing, and shipping goods to customers. 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma – minimum.  

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.  

• Experience working with measuring tools.  

• Strong technical and mechanical skills.  

• Precision and thoroughness in work.  

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.  

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.  

• Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.  

• Proficiency in English – significant advantage.  

• Previous warehouse experience – significant advantage.  

• Experience working with ERP systems – significant advantage.  

• Experience operating a forklift – significant advantage.
