Regular working hour: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM from Monday to Friday
Overtime: Requested in case of need
Night Shift: Requested in case of need (related to Store support job)
Support all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to Global requirements.
• Support the schedule and checklist for closing activities and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial statement with high standard.
• Coordinate with the Global Finance Service team in Malaysia to perform the control of all accounting records and reporting for Vietnam,
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Lead the annual statutory audit including preparing, collaborating, communicating the accounting and auditing issues to the auditors and recommend the actions for improvement,
• Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction. payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice, and input data into accounting software.
• Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
• Other tasks assigned by the managers/directors
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing or relevant majors.
Experience:
• Having at least 03 years experiences in overall finance, accounting, tax and cash management. Retail experience is considered merit but not necessary.
• A professional with energetic, open-minded and can-do mindsets with strong problem-solving skill and background of in-house Corporate accounting and/or Big-4 audit firms with versatile experience (statutory accounting, consolidation process, local audit and tax) and willing to perform all tasks as individual contributor to the business.
• Practical experience with a clear understanding on IFRS policies, in particular IFRS 16 is a strong plus.
• Adaptable to change, flexibility with Retail operation support while maintain the accuracy, compliance and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, SAP and another ERP system
• Good verbal and written communication English skills at business level.
