Responsibilities:

• In-charge of business development, operations, financial in and people management Vietnam market.
• Acting as liaison between HQ teams and Vietnam subsidiaries;
• Understanding Vietnam marketing and do strategic planning.
• Manage of BD team ịn Vietnam, in collaboration with HQ functions
• Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned from the business head from time to time;

Selection Criteria

• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Have 10 years+ working experiences with specially 3+ years in mid-senior managerial positions in B2B in Airlines/ Hospitality/ Travel/ E-commerce…
• Solid experience in Business Development
• Management skills; communication, adaptation skills
