*RESPONSIBILITIES
Be in charge of sourcing channels, including social media
Prepare POSM and other support to career fairs, job fair, career orientation and university program…
Allocate resumes to propriate projects based on candidate expectation
Co-operate with account management group of on boarding process
Buildup & manage online candidate database
Cold call and arrange interviews as requested
Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level
*REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have at least college’s degree HR or related fields
At least 01 years professional experience in Sourcing & Employer branding
Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process is preferable
Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
