*RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be in charge of sourcing channels, including social media

• Prepare POSM and other support to career fairs, job fair, career orientation and university program…

• Allocate resumes to propriate projects based on candidate expectation

• Co-operate with account management group of on boarding process

• Buildup & manage online candidate database

• Cold call and arrange interviews as requested

• Support some other admin tasks assigned by team leader and upper level

​*REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must have at least college’s degree HR or related fields

• At least 01 years professional experience in Sourcing & Employer branding

• Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal)

• Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment process is preferable

• Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
