*RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mobility tasks:
Coordinating day-to-day activities related to international and domestic assignments, one-way (domestic and international) relocations and immigration in the region.
Manage and coordinate relationships with third party supplier partners (vendors, immigration department), ensuring exceptional service levels to clients.
Apply mobility-related expertise in consultation with clients and other key stakeholders.
Interpret policies to ensure mobility program meets those needs.
Collaborate with peers on and manage program projects.
Other assignment made by Supervisor & Line Manager
Admin tasks:
Manage and control Master data for all expatriates of staffing service, to be updated.
Follow up to collect personal profiles of expatriates, scan, filling and update data in both hard and soft copies.
Others: Other admin tasks as assign by supervisor/ manager
*REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a college or bachelor’s degree either Business Administration, English, and relevant.
2+ years of experience in HR/ visa/ Work Permit/ Residence Card and Service for expatriates.
Good command of English (writing & speaking)
Familiar with working process for foreign employees
Good experience in administration.
Time management and organization skills
