Main Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and ensure an integrated HR IT System management and foster, support and self manage the HR IT Transformation and the related IT Project management
Develop and maintain state of the art HR Data Analytics, Tools and Data resources
Ensure HR Data protection management and Data compliance following legal and corporate standards
HR Data management and automation
Orientation training for newcomers
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Information Technologies, International Management or comparable
At least 2 years of IT Project Management and IT Process Management with HR related experience preferable
Working experiences within a Multinational company* Specific knowledge & Skills-fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
Very strong background in latest Information Technology
