Working day & time:

• May go to stores in HCMC to support.

• May work on Sat or Sun and have 02 day-off in week

• 5 days / week

Job Description:

Work content for IT help desk / support

• Receive inbound requests through channel like on email, Google/Teams chat or any other chat means based on a documented process.

• Logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes:

• Incidents reported by user.

• Alarms raised by monitoring tools.

• Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved.

• Implement basic, documented break-fix tasks along the lines of following a documented process.

• Escalate to L2 depending on an unexpected result of a documented process.

Requirements:

Language: Vietnamese, English (conversation to support expat)

Experience: 1-2 year of experience
