Project Manager (PM) is a key member of Cloud Project Team, be responsible for the successful implementation of a variety of cloud migration waves. Migration waves will vary in scale and complexity and may focus on all aspects of cloud migration from Discovery and Assessment to Migration and Cutover.
PM focus will be on delivering migration waves on time and within budget, working closely with our internal development and delivery teams, as well as fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Project coordination: Gather requirements on specific applications in migration wave; writes clear and detailed plans to design methods to gather and analyze participants feedback with functional specifications, feature prioritization, to deliver on requirements |
Detail plan with clear objectives, activities, and deliverables of each milestone Well-collaboration between project team and relevant units to ensure project run smoothly |

Monitor the program's overall progress, anticipates risks, resolves issues and initiates correction action as appropriate |
Project key milestone completed in time with highest quality. |
CÁC YÊU CẦU VỀ NĂNG LỰC/ REQUIREMENTS
- Trình độ Học vấn/ Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, financial, banking, computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- 5+ years as a project manager with Infrastructure delivery project experiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of 1 to 3 projects simultaneously through structure execution and routines
- Demonstrated ability to manage project accounting and artifacts including status, project plans, etc.
- Ability to execute a project with key critical business milestones, while supporting/enabling an agile delivery process
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery - Agile Certified Practitioner/Scrum Master Certification, PMP certification as a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project management tools
- A strong technical awareness and background - Microsoft, VMWare, Cloud – AWS, MS Azure or Google GCP

- Proven track record of delivering to time and budget, technical IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects
