Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Regional Managing Director to lead our operations across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar executive role within an EPC company in the T&D sector. This position requires a strategic leader to oversee regional operations, drive business growth, and ensure project excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute regional business strategies to align with the company’s vision and goals. Drive growth and operational excellence across Southeast Asia.
• Operations Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of T&D projects within the region, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Address project challenges and implement solutions effectively.
• Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Develop strategies to expand the company's footprint in the SEA region.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the regional budget, including financial planning, cost control, and profitability monitoring. Ensure financial performance meets organizational targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a skilled team of managers and staff across multiple countries. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage client expectations effectively.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the region.

Qualifications:
