Company Overview:
  • A well-established manufacturer specializing in precision mechanical components, with nearly 30 years of operation in Vietnam. The company runs multiple production facilities located in export processing zones across Ho Chi Minh City, supplying high-quality parts to leading multinational corporations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to both internal and external quality-related feedback and concerns from customers.
  • Follow up on complaint resolution processes and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Develop and manage documentation, procedures, and quality plans for new product introductions.
  • Conduct evaluations of product quality during trial runs and mass production phases.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports focusing on monitoring activities and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Recommend initiatives to enhance product quality through Kaizen or similar improvement methodologies.
  • Supervise team activities, allocate tasks, and resolve any issues that may arise during operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experienced Requirements:
  • Relevant fields of study: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Automation, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a Quality management role within a Manufacturing setting.
  • Solid understanding of measurement tools and practices in mechanical component production.
  • Competent in using quality management systems and familiar with the 7 basic QC tools.
  • Capable of planning, managing workflow, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules.
  • Proficient in English or Japanese
