​Decathlon is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Production Supporter specializing in textiles. This role will involve working both themanufacturing factory in Thai Nguyen and the office in Hanoi, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the production process.

1. Role and Responsibility

Quality Management:

- Optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production

- Control the Quality of the Products in lines and before shipment

- Improve the Quality system of your suppliers

- Coach and train the Quality Team of your suppliers

- Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance

2. Job description

- Do Inline & final Inspection task and make reports

- Do Gemba walk calculated by NCR (Non Conformity Rate) by checklist and make reports

- Do Gemba walk to detect E Point of Quality and HRP weekly

- Follow CAP (Correct Action Plan) for E point and NCR

- Join SUM (Stand Up Meeting) with Decathlon team

- Support other teammates based on the leader's assignment

3. Requirements

Able to lead quality project (including make decisions & influence others)

- Good English skills (reading and writing)
