JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This role is to report functionally to Market Segment Director, APAC (Sealants, Glazing & Facades), based in Singapore.
• This role is responsible in advancing the country’s strategic interests in the segment assigned (Sealants, Glazing & Facades), with existing distributors, fabricators, architects, consultants, specifiers, other stakeholders involving in decision making.
• To oversee and build Brands assigned related to his/her portfolio.
• To influence and engage with relevant authorities such as Architect associations, Facades associations, Curtain wall associations, Fabricators associations, Green building councils, 3rd party testing agencies, etc.
• To develop strategic collaboration opportunities and manage negotiations with potential business partners / existing customers.
• To establish an intelligent network and to provide Voice of Market effectively
• To establish strong customer relationships and advocate allotted brand for long term business partnerships
• To ensure strategic alignment and attainment of annual GTO, and to map out a go to market strategy and growth plan for VN country.
• Strong in business development and business acumen and quick in identifying business risks and how to mitigate and manage it
• Align with business corporate direction and strategic in setting up goals.
• Good understanding in margin mix to drive business profitability.
• To prepare monthly sales performance reports - project specifications pipelines, highlights/lowlights, sales improvements, recovery plans (if applicable), margin improvements program, sales and material forecasts, identify support needed to archive targets.
• To obtain and understand high level competitors’ intelligence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or any relevant degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing accounts/sales/team, business development and sales experience in construction/architectural sales in the sealants, glazing and facades (SGF) segment of the building materials industry.
• Commands a strong network of fabricators and consultant within the SGF segment in the building material industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Glazing segment i.e. Facades / glass glazing segment / fabricators.
• Excellent sales and technical acumen, good team player.
• Excellent in inter-personal skills and mature in managing account and clients.
• Proficient in English –written and spoken.
• Proficient Public Speaking skills, and a creative solution provider.
• Excellent reporting skills, and able to draw up solid Business Development strategies.
• Problem solver and quick in decerning situations and response to it appropriately.
