Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development:
  - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power generation market
  - Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support
  - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability

* Technical Expertise:
  - Provide technical consultation and support to clients to identify the best power generation solutions for their needs
  - Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective clients
  - Work closely with the engineering team to ensure products meet customer specifications and standards

* Customer Relationship Management:
  - Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  - Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
  - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge

* Proposal & Quotation:
  - Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements
  - Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to project completion and after-sales support
  
* Reporting & Documentation:
  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress
  - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial power generation industry, particularly with diesel and gas generators
- Strong technical understanding of power generation systems and their applications
- Good proficiency in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with sizing and selecting generators for various applications.
- Knowledge of local and international standards related to power generation.
