Wholesale Manager - Vietnam (Sportswear MNC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement wholesale strategies to maximize sales and market share.
  • Manage relationships with key wholesale partners to ensure strong brand presence and sales growth.
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management to meet targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale or sales, preferably in the fashion, sports, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Results-driven, with a strategic mindset.
