Wholesale Manager - Vietnam (Sportswear MNC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wholesale strategies to maximize sales and market share.
- Manage relationships with key wholesale partners to ensure strong brand presence and sales growth.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and inventory management to meet targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to drive business performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wholesale or sales, preferably in the fashion, sports, or FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Results-driven, with a strategic mindset.
