Position Overview: This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing technical expertise on water treatment solutions. The Senior Sales Engineer will handle key accounts, ensure after-sales service, and collaborate with teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and develop customer relationships to enhance revenue and brand presence in the assigned territory.
- Schedule service and sales calls, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, goal setting, and progress reviews.
- Identify new market needs and implement tailored solutions for customers.
- Retain existing accounts and improve customer productivity through performance analysis and follow-ups.
- Provide on-site servicing, including chemical testing and equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team members for plant surveys and troubleshooting.
- Complete all required sales and technical training.
- College or University diploma/degree is essential, preferably in engineering (chemical, environmental, mechanical) or science (biology, chemistry).
- 5+ years of technical sales experience with a successful track record, including account management.
- Experience in water treatment or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
- Willing to work in an industrial environment involving chemicals.
- Good physical ability to meet job requirements at various customer sites.
