Location: Bac Ninh Vietnam and Northside
Report to: Site Manager

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise vendor’s daily production activities as shipping schedule requires
- Review quality reports and follow up on quality problems
- Review new product samples, in-process and finished products inspection
- Meet daily with vendor PMC on production arrangement, material available etc.
- Manage the new product development quality and other issues.
- Act promptly with corrective and preventive measures on vendor’s deficiencies
- Improvement driver quality continuously and systematically
- In charge of vendor performance on production, shipment, quality and NPD ability
- Review monthly on vendor’s performance scorecard
- Perform other duties as required

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in technical or Mechanical engineering or related major
- 3~5 years working experience in quality management and order management, on-site position preferred
- Lighting industry background preferred
- Project management ability working with cross functional team
- Working skill of MS office suite- Excel, Word, and Power point;
- Good English OR Chinese and Vietnamese skills in writing, reading and speaking
- Excellent communication skills and team work abilities required
- Problem solving oriented, responsible and independent individual.
- Availability for frequent business travel required.
