- Scope, duties, and responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and deploy effective sales strategies and planning to penetrate and grow the company in Vietnam market;
- Identify, prospect, and schedule meetings with leads for existent and new businesses;
- Drive sales effectiveness and efficiency through KPIs, benchmarking, and sharing of best-demonstrated practices;
- Own and maintain a full and high level of customer data to identify how sales business processes can drive revenue growth;
- Follow and execute existing pricing strategies, structure, and methodology providing an in-time response to customers’ RFQ requests;
- Work in conjunction with engineering and operations to enhance, develop, and implement products and solutions that are profitable and will drive growth forward;
- Deliver accurate and compelling pricing information by existing cost model for bids and proposals;
- Follow-up with customers' quotations status and progress;
- Closely monitoring existing customers for potential new business and growth opportunities (allocation, new developments, competitors with quality/delivery issues. Etc);
- Assist R&D/Engineering efforts with market views and feedback;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Monitor market trends, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement;
- Regularly report sales activities and progress with an executive summary approach;
- Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the industry via information obtained from financial publications and services, government agencies, company sources, and personal interviews;

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.;
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in Sales, Account management, marketing, and/or comparable role;
- English communication skills (speaking and writing);
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and its dynamics;
- Previous experience in prospecting, marketing segmentation, and competitor awareness;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development;
- Analytical thinking process;
Highly Appreciated / Differentiator:
- Die-cutting process/manufacturing experience
- Project management
- Chinese speaking
