- Collect information about policies, regulations, and market development related to new energy (wind power/photovoltaic/energy storage) resources or projects, as well as grid connection and consumption status, to explore market opportunities for new energy development.
- Develop new energy resources or projects, including but not limited to macro planning analysis, investigation and negotiation of agreements for resources or projects, complete disruptive and restrictive investigations, and feasibility analysis of resource or project investment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with governments, departments, and planning and design units at all levels, obtain opportunities for new energy project development, preferred tendering information, and new energy development indicators, and be responsible for handling compliance documents related to new energy project approvals.
- Coordinate local and grid relationships during project development and construction.
- Understand the market situation of project development, identify potential cooperation opportunities, and establish good relationships with local partners, financial institutions, constructors, and potential acquirers.
- Promote cooperation, including business negotiations, drafting agreements, and designing transaction structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of work experience in the field of wind power development in Vietnam, with successful experience of projects entering national planning.
- Familiar with and understand the wind power development market and the current situation in southern Vietnam.
- Familiar with the work of Vietnamese wind power projects from the IRC to RTB stages, with practical experience is best.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preference for science and engineering backgrounds.
- Good cooperative consciousness.
- Clear thinking and good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Chinese or English for office work.
