Hanoi, 16th June 2023: ManpowerGroup Vietnam and Thuyloi University (TLU) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for ManpowerGroup to provide Thuyloi University training, exchange and internship programs.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Andree Mangels, Country Manager of ManpowerGroup Vietnam and Mr. Nguyen Trung Viet, Professor and Doctor, Vice President of Thuyloi University.
“In this competitive world of work, sustaining essential soft skills and accumulating practical working experience are the keys for undergraduates to enhance their chances of acquiring an outstanding job, a higher salary, and a clear career path,” said Mr. Andree Mangels, Country Manager of ManpowerGroup Vietnam. “We are delighted to partner with Thuyloi University, and we believe this opportunity can help the undergraduates to broaden their horizons with practical experiences.”
Professor Nguyen Trung Viet, Vice President of Thuyloi University, stated, “We believe these programs, provided by ManpowerGroup Vietnam, will offer our students tremendous hands-on experience when working in a professional environment before officially entering the labour market”.
The MoU is among ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s efforts in the Group’s ESG social commitments via improving young workers’ technical and soft skills for their brighter future careers.
