How Blue-Collar Workers Find Meaningful Work?
Imagine standing at a crossroads: Would you rather choose a career that offers work-life balance or work your fingers to the bone to increase your income? Which is more important, personal fulfillment or social responsibility?
A recent survey by Manpower Vietnam revealed that 99% of Vietnam respondents indicated that having meaning at work was important to them. Yet only 11% of respondents feel “very satisfied” with their current level of meaning at work.
