RESPONSIBILITIES
Growing Client Portfolio
- Work closely with the Sales Department to proactively activate clients in our company database.
Delivering Expert Matching Solutions
- Understand client needs within the consulting and investment landscape, ensuring Arches delivers exceptional service at every stage.
- Handle all aspects of client requests, from project scope adjustments to profit and loss management, expert scheduling, follow-ups, and new project intake.
- Stay informed about and adhere to any bespoke compliance protocols our clients require, fostering a trusted and secure environment for all.
- Proactively collaborate with colleagues across time zones to ensure smooth handoffs for critical client requests.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Working Experience: 2-5 years in the Expert Network Service (ENS) industry or similar fields, with a focus on working closely with clients from consulting and investment firms.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of experts from APAC, the US, and Europe.
- Advanced Professional Communication: Skilled at condensing complex information into clear emails while maintaining impeccable customer service, even under pressure. This ensures seamless project transitions through effective communication across all levels (consultants, experts,
