Purpose of position:
· To manage the day to day business relationship with Key Accounts, both Regional and National.
· To achieve business targets as set down by the Country Manager and Regional Managers.
· To grow and consolidate business with Key Regional Accounts and National Key Accounts
Job Responsibility:
· Conducting regular Customers business review meetings (BRM) and Customer Visits
· Responsible for Monthly Proforma Invoice and according Reports
· Collaborating with functional depts and local partners for commercial and operation support to enhance opportunities for business growth (contract, plan, daily operations, DSO, …)
· Handling Customer complaints in coordination with functions
· Understanding the need of Customers to become a proactive Business Partner
· Identifying opportunities such as telemarketing, trade focus, datamining, extension of portfolio... of assigned accounts to upsell/cross-sell during business meetings where appropriate
· Sharing the new business opportunities identified with existing clients with BD for development
· Maintaining and developing relationships with regional and national key accounts
· Understanding market environment (climate/trends) to give market insight to Clients
· Establishing collaborative working relationships with functional depts
· Other responsibilities such as to participate and support any teamwork activities
· Assisting in all others duties/projects as directed from superior from time to time
AD-HOCS ACTIVITIES:
· Orders and requests coordinating between key account customers and depot
· Follow up and tracking pallet BER and compensation payment for key account customers
· Take lead in pallet care training and re-fresh training for key account customers
· Respond and in charge of customers complains and follow up with operations for corrective actions or official response.
· Would take responsibility for other required tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent in English (both Speaking and Writing)
· At least 3 years managerial experience in key account management experience, preferably in a supply chain environment.
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, possessing an ability to communicate at all levels across the Business.
· Be a committed, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage functional responsibilities despite geographical boundaries.
· Possess openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence others.
· Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
· Provide consistency and focus while being able to prioritise and deliver results in a changing environment.
· Understand cross cultural sensitivity and be able to adapt
· Be able to negotiate tactfully with key accounts to achieve the required business objective
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
