Key responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve LCL sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and actively pursue new clients needing LCL shipping services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Development & Pricing: Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to design customized LCL solutions that meet client needs and maximize profitability.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Performance Reporting & Market Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and LCL market trends to assess performance and identify growth areas.
- Specializes in LCL shipments
