The LCL Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the LCL services segment, targeting small to mid-sized businesses and other customers with specific shipping needs that do not require a full container.
Key responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve LCL sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and actively pursue new clients needing LCL shipping services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Solution Development & Pricing: Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to design customized LCL solutions that meet client needs and maximize profitability.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Performance Reporting & Market Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and LCL market trends to assess performance and identify growth areas.
Key Requirements:
  • Specializes in LCL shipments
  • Minimum 3 Years 'of experience and knowledge in Sales is a must
