Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement modern trade strategies to drive sales and market share growth in Vietnam.
- Lead a team to build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
- Drive effective merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies to optimize visibility and sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for the modern trade channel.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in modern trade management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's modern trade landscape and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
