Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement modern trade strategies to drive sales and market share growth in Vietnam.
  2. Lead a team to build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
  3. Drive effective merchandising, promotions, and pricing strategies to optimize visibility and sales.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
  6. Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for the modern trade channel.
  7. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years of experience in modern trade management within the FMCG industry.
  3. Strong understanding of Vietnam's modern trade landscape and consumer behavior.
  4. Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  7. Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
