Job Description:
• Business Performance Management
o Develop and implement market development strategies in Vietnam: Identify market expansion opportunities and establish short-term and long-term business plans;
o Develop sales policies and develop distribution channels:
Research, develop, and update sales programs to attract customers and potential partners in the B2B market;
Expand customer databases in untapped markets, segments, and industries;
o Monitor and optimize sales activities to achieve target revenue;
o Build and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels;
• Hurman Resources Management:
o Train and develop sales team;
o Monitor work performance to provide assessments and development orientation;
o Create a positive working environment, encourage creativity;
o Ensure departmental staff comply with the Company's policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work closely with the management team and other departments;
• Prepare timely and transparent reports for the board of directors: Report on business performance and propose strategies;
• Perform other tasks as directed by the board of directors.
Qualifications:
• Have at least 05 years of experience in a similar position;
• Have knowledge and experience in ERP solutions and other related software solutions;
• Experience in building and managing a high-performance human resources team;
• Have logical thinking about developing strategies to expand the market and promote sales growth;
• Skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders;
• Ability to understand needs with a “Customer-focused” sales mindset and effective communication;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• University degree.
