We are seeking an experienced and strategic Trade Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives across key markets. This role plays a critical part in enhancing brand visibility, driving in-store engagement, and supporting commercial growth through effective channel strategies.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support brand and sales objectives
- Lead market expansion efforts and support the launch of new products across various channels
- Manage below-the-line (BTL) activities, including point-of-sale materials, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with sales and brand teams to ensure alignment and consistency in execution
- Oversee trade investment planning and manage channel-specific budgets
- Build and lead a capable trade marketing team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration
- Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy

- Experience in market development, brand activation, and channel management
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in team building and cross-functional collaboration
