Working field: Factory of Electrical Assembly
Working location: Dai Dong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam (daily Hanoi-Bac Ninh-Hanoi car provided)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be participate in the process of starting the factory project at the beginning.
- Be in charge of all activities in the factory, including: planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operation.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary cost, building up the Yoosung factory quality standard and maintaining the standards.
- Responsibile for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Working location: our factory in Dai Dong IZ, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, having experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus
- At least 10 years’ working experience in factory, proven work experience as a factory manager or equivalent management position
- Familiarity with electrical industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, human resource)
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Computer literacy
- Fluent English
