1. Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and provide support to visitors (e.g., assigning offices, arranging ground transportation
- Maintain a welcoming, professional reception area
- Perform additional tasks as needed by office/function, e.g.:
Coordinate security procedures, including issuing security badges
Operate switchboard and direct phone calls to appropriate staf
Maintain conference rooms and coordinate reservation
- Perform additional tasks as needed by office/function, e.g.:
Maintain office daily operation: landscape, stationeries, pantry’s supplies, asset, inventory, etc…
Liaise with building management (e.g., maintenance requests)
Arrange meals/catering for on-site meetings, as needed
Support office events by arranging appropriate services
- Support special initiatives in relevant areas, as needed
- Provide backup support for other office services roles as needed
- Working Location: Capital Place, Lieu Giai street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi city
2. Requirement:
- English (conversational and can read email is a must) – ideally the candidates have business English level, as there is a possibility that he/she can extend or become permanent
- Education: Bachelor degree required
- Experience: 2-3 years of related experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer applications and sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Skills: Strong client service orientation; confident, professional demeanor, both in person and on phone; can-do attitude and strong desire to deliver great service; ability to work under pressure
