Duties:
- Responsible for developing, managing, implementing and evaluating digital and communication marketing campaigns to develop new customers, engage and retain customers.
- Responsible for building and developing a digital marketing platform, including content about images, brands and marketing messages conveyed on digital channels.
- Identify strategies to develop new customers, engage and retain customers to increase activation and customer interaction rates in digital assets (online, mobile and digital channels).
- Build the industry's best Digital channel customer experience to lead, motivate and deliver results for your own Digital Marketing team including NPS of digital platforms.
- Manage costs, resources and other conditions to build and deploy digital marketing platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage content, images and messages designed and posted on digital channels.
- Manage branding and product marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Performance management of digital marketing campaigns.
- Have good data and analysis skills
- Experienced in channel & campaign management in integrated digital marketing context (Search, Display & Social - organic & paid)
- Practical experience in using digital advertising platforms (Facebook/Insta, DV360, Search 360)
- Experience in media planning and understanding of customer purchasing principles including online shopping.
- Insights into the channel matrix and buying patterns.
- Ability to build funnel operations methodology from rich practices to identify key leverages to improve efficiency and customize channel strategy and operational plan at different business stages .
- Positive, proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with functional teams.
