Reports to: Merchandiser team leader/Merchandiser Account Manager

Job description

-        Understand customer’s process to guide factory team

-        Checking worksheet Full color name when received from China team

-        Checking T.P detail (UPC, heat-seal#, hanger#...etc)

-        Submit color (L/D & S/B)

-        Submit samples ( Fit & size set)

-        Submit packing material detail for approval

-        Submit PPS, G/S and TOP

-        Prepare PPS on line meeting

-        Prepare PPS file for QC

-        Checking packing instructions

-        Coordinate with QA for required tests and passed successfully

-        Coordinate with QC for order actual status vs. T&A

-        Monitor production status

-        Coordinate vessel date with forwarder and factory

-        Ensure shipping documents to be sent on time

-        Working very closely with China Merchandiser team

-        Call out if any issues happen at VN fty.

Requirements:

-        From 1 – 3 years working experience in same position

-        Experienced in handling buyers: GAP, PINK, Victoria Secret, POLO, GIII,...

-        Fluent in English or Chinese

-        Hard working, able for overtime, working under high pressure

-        University / College graduate

-        Computer, Microsoft office proficiency

-        Willing to travel
