Responsibilities:

- We are looking for the IT Manager who is mainly responsible for:
- Organize and manage IT assets (hardware, software, SaaS applications, etc.), user accounts, and control IT ticketing system & issues troubleshooting.
- Manage IT procurement requests, collaborate with relevant functions and stakeholders to support the efficiency of IT expenses.
- Oversee system management & optimization to develop and maintain an optimal IT landscape.
- Manage and enhance the workflows of the IT Ops team, both internally and cross-functionally.
- Develop, manage & optimize the IT processes, regulations, and policies across countries (VN, US, others: Canada, Malaysia, etc.)
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT solutions and close collaboration between IT Ops, Security, and relevant functions.
- Be a dedicated partner of the Executives Team and other Functional Heads in regard to IT services and technical solutions
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Proven working experience as IT Manager or relevant experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline
- Good knowledge of Network architecture (on-premise and Cloud); strong experience with networking skill set - TCP/IP & managing Linux servers in system administration
- Extensive troubleshooting experience with an emphasis on G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian (Jira Software, JSM, Confluence), Zoom, and other modern technology tools
- Wide understanding of general IT systems, IT solutions, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Experience and ability to work on a variety of operating system platforms: Windows, Linux, MacOS
- Good written and spoken English with strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Having a can-do attitude, critical thinking, and out-of-the-box thinking
Nice to have:
- Experience building an IT knowledge base in a startup/Technology environment and supporting a remote workforce
- Ability to quickly adapt cloud technologies (AWS, AZURE, GC, or OpenStack)
