DETAILS OF THE ROLE:
Position is responsible for Payment Admin activities to support admin tasks of Accounting & Payment function:
Receiving payment documents from suppliers, customers or other internal departments.
Keep tracking payment documents received in contracts or on system, input and follow payment processes on SAP system.
Scan payment documents and save to the defined folders.
Other Admin tasks support as assign by Manager.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate College / University in Business Administration, Accounting, International Payment or relevant.
Have 3 – 6 months internship experience in Admin, Payment tracking admin is highly preferred (No experience will be trained in details).
Basic Business English.
Be able to use computer and MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.
Hard work, meticulous and high sense of responsibility.
