The role of this unit involves all tasks necessary to ensure that all people that visit or phone the Manpower office are treated in a friendly and professional manner. This unit assists in administrative tasks as it relates to office maintenance.


1. Visitors Desk

  • Welcoming of Visitors to Manpower

  • Responsible for welcoming all personnel to Manpower in a professional manner

  • Ensure that consultants and or managers are informed of candidate / client arrival

  • Maintain the appearance of the front desk

  • Handle daily mail, fax and courier packages

  • Ensuring Reception is covered at all times

2. HR support

  • Tracking of Time and Attendance Records

  • Ensure logistics for interviews and meetings (booking rooms, PC, etc)

  • Data search and data management

  • Support onboard/outboard procedures for employee in the branch.

  • Support training (facilitation and organization)

  • Submit dossier to local authority as required

  • Register and fulfil report to local authorities’ portal as required

3. Phone reception

  • Ensure appropriate answering of telephone calls

  • Handle all incoming calls, answer inquiries, take and forward messages

  • Ensuring Reception is covered at all times

4. Administrative support

  • Maintain office supply stock (stationery and sales collaterals)

  • Collect, compile, disseminate and file office reports and statistics in a timely manner

  • Translation off work into Vietnamese

  • Communication and update of telephone systems and extensions update - Update of message system

  • Assist Administrator in managing office assets and office maintenance

  • Support business when needed

  • Other task as assigned


  • Good at English skills

  • Good at communication

  • Good at customer service & interpersonal skills

  • Good at MS Office


  • 15 Annual Leave MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
