JOB PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will have experience uncovering customer insights and market gaps to identify growth opportunities in the finance sector; broad experience and understanding of growth and direct marketing strategies to drive engagement, adoption and brand loyalty. This person should be able to demonstrate an ability to easily transform complex regulatory, product or market intellegence information, into crisp, clear, straightforward strategy and tactics. In addition, this candidate must have a process mindset in support of end-to-end project management and control adherence, while also being a strong collaborator who can quickly gain trust to elevate today’s communications.

A. DEPARTMENT DUTIES
Develop marketing plan and strategies for each customer segment/target customer group which includes:
- Collaborate to identify the market research needed to be able to understand who are customers are, what they need, and how to effectively reach them.
- Collaborate to craft customer value propositions, build and manage proposition positioning for each target customer group and solutions.
- Managing the deployment of ongoing marketing plans and go-to-market campaigns for each segment/target customer group.
- Lead experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creatives, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable products and solutions.
- Manage relationships with our marketing intelligence, segmentation teams and agencies surfacing key consumer insights that can lead to future marketing and growth opportunities.
- Defining and measuring short-term and long-term marketing success across multiple channels, and have a strong passion for data storytelling.
- Build, manage and optimize marketing budget.
- Partner with content, media, partnerships and analytics teams to drive cohesive creative campaigns and measurement through full campaign lifecycle
- Owns the setting, monitoring and reporting of product awareness, consideration, and direct response metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant areas
Expertise:
- Understanding digital marketing & financial and insurance products/services
- Strong understanding of strategy and budgeting.
Experience:
- Specialization: at least 08 years of experience in marketing & communications, of which at least 5 years in Digital marketing
- Management: at least 04 years of senior management position or equivalent
- Foreign Language
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
