​RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the finance department and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks, including:

-          Collect invoice for verification and validation

-          Review and proceed invoices timely and accurately in system

-          Liaise with other departments to resolve queries relating to invoice and payment

-          Local documents filing complying with internal and Tax regulations

-          Collect, review and manage business related Contracts/Agreements

-          Submit reports requested by Governments authorities

-          Ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS

-          University degree, major in Accounting, Auditing or related profession

-          1-2-year experience, open opportunity for fresh graduated

-          Knowledge in Vietnam Accounting Standard and local Tax regulations

-          Fluency in English (both oral and written)

-          Soft skills: communication, teamwork, time-management

-          Orientation and self-motivated, willing to learn and contribute to company’s growth and development
