Working time: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor calls, collect & file site survey, service, installation, Apps/Handover, and MU Service reports; scan and send to BA & BPs for billing.
Prepare weekly MU report and send team reminders.
Prepare letters/emails to BPs/end-users about PM schedules.
Check and confirm spare part inventory and storage with Delta & BA LD.
Prepare data for CS call visualization: MS daily, MM weekly, monthly contract updates.
Manage CS team assets (laptops, phones, tablets, backpacks).
Book flights/cars for CS and handle payments.
Manage spare parts/tools movement and open B1 storage for CSEs.
Monitor spare parts.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
Detail-oriented, multi-tasking skills.
3 years of relevant experience.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Team player with strong communication skills and adaptability.
