This is a startup position, and the Admin Manager is expected to support the following startup phrase which include but not limit to:
- Sourcing of new office
- Sourcing of renovation contractor and oversee renovation projects
- Aggressive recruitment to prepare for start up
Responsibilities:
- Act a leading person for general office facility maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, etc.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
- Front service support for incoming calls and mails
- Sourcing, manage relationships with vendors and service providers for purchases/subscription
- Liaison with landlord on any matters regards to leasing and facility
- Manage contract and negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
- Translation of documents to local language to support marketing events
- Support local organization of special functions and social teambuilding events
- Prepare and onboard new comers (e.g. prepare work desk allocation, office orientation)
- Point of contact and support coordination for Regional Shared Services IT & HR activities
- Point of contact for local recruitment activities
- Undertakes any other duties as assigned from time to time
- Other duties as assigned.
Specifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, with experience in recruitment
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken Ielts 7.0 or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
