Job Responsibilities:
Support onsite team with Paperwork
Communicate with vendors to arrange schedule & PM tasks
As back-up person when onsite personnel have annual leave
Improve and maintain 3S office
Other tasks required by line manager
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree
From 2 years of experience in Admin or similar role
Be fluent in English
Communication skill, respect, collaboration, embrace change, integrity, ownership, passion and interest in Admin field and hard working.
Good computer skills in a Microsoft
