Responsibilities:
• Human resources
- Labor contract preparation and management.
- Attendance management.
- Insurance and union matters (declaration, reconciliation and claim the allowance).
- Manage and deal with application procedures of Visa, work permit, TRC, for foreigners.
- Payroll (training will be provided).
- Support for recruitment activities.
- Management of office supply, courier and rental car.
- Organize team building activities, company trips, and other events.
- Actively and timely support for Japanese managers and national staffs.
- Support for business trip (booking transportation and accommodation) and dispatcher works.
- Collecting the supporting documents for payments of general administrative expenses (training will be provided).
- Ability to flexibly handle multiple tasks arising from the new projects opening.
- Follow and support for the Company's framework and policies.
- Support for development and implementation of internal regulations on human resources.
- For at least the next 3 years, there will be one Administrative Staff working under instructions of General Manager and GA Manager.
Requirements:
• Education
- University degree in human resources or relevant major (prefer Hanoi University, Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance or National Economic University).
- 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Staff worked in international companies (prefer working in Japanese company).
- Experience in back-office operations in a new set-up company would be extra point.
- Ability to accurately and fully implement multiple tasks.
- Language: English (IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or equivalent) (Japanese would be extra point).
- Strong communication skills, good business manners.
- Honesty, responsibility, a resilient mindset, and clear career path.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
