REQUIREMENTS:

• Assess project feasibility by researching technology, design, regulations, and demand.
• Develop and implement master plans for new construction and major renovation projects as per manager instructions
• Coordinate with management to determine project priorities and scope
• Assist project team in reviewing design drawings, specifications, and documents
• Stay up-to-date on design, construction and technology trends through industry publications, manuals, and textbooks.
• Innovate and assist in developing new architectural standards, policies, and procedures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher - Major: Architecture
• Knowledge of construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong sense of architectural design aesthetics, attention to detail.
• Ability to design in 3D, has basic drawing skills and familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
