About the Role:
Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking an Asset & Material Management Specialist.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Physical Management: Responsible for warehouse materials' goods receipt and inspection, inbound and outbound operations, borrowing/returning, handover upon resignation/transfer, etc., ensuring that the received materials meet on-site requirements and fulfill operational needs.
2. Card Management: Follow up on the maintenance and update of warehouse asset ledger information and ensure asset cards are generated and posted, achieving consistency between records, cards, and physical items.
3. Material Inventory Management: Responsible for large-scale goods receiving and shelving, handling business unit returns, and ensuring accurate storage records; responsible for the outbound operation of materials, ensuring the timely and quality issuance of request forms; responsible for conducting regular reconciliation of physical materials and inventory to ensure consistency between records and actual stock.
4. Material Reconciliation Management: Responsible for materials reconciliation within the managed company entities and timely submission of receipts and dispatch notes; responsible for routine material return and exchange operations.
5. Exception Handling: Responsible for resolving exceptions and coordinating solutions in a timely manner to ensure smooth material management operations.4.
6. 6S Management: Responsible for the 6S housekeeping of the warehouse site.
7. Multi-department Coordination: Drive improvements in upstream and downstream departments and back-end support systems, accelerating response times across all stages of operations. Achieve full-cycle business connection in asset management, reaching ""information sharing, demand matching, department collaboration, and tracking solutions for comprehensive process closed-loop management. Simplify operations within each stage and enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree or above, with more than one year of relevant experience in material management; prior experience in material management within the same industry is preferred.
2. Possesses knowledge of asset management, material management, and supply chain management.
3. Exhibits strong communication, coordination, and learning abilities; highly responsible."
