We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our Advisory Service Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team that has overseen some of Vietnam’s most high-profile fundraising and M&A transactions over the past decade. The role also offers exposure to investment deals, allowing you to develop and enhance your investment skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire fundraising and M&A process under the guidance of Directors, including assessment, due diligence, marketing material preparation, term sheet negotiation, deal structuring, legal documentation negotiation, and transaction closing.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of materials submitted for review and approval.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and potential investors, facilitating communication and deal execution.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Deal/M&A Advisory or Private Equity.
• Experience in Corporate Development/Finance within a corporate environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, VBA, Power BI, etc.).
• A data-driven mindset with excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities.
• High level of ownership, result-oriented approach, and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
