- Support for live, conferences, seminars, and events
- Offer on-site AV system troubleshooting, maintenance checks, and technical issue resolution.
- Determine any necessary integration with AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and other IT technologies.
- Maintain and upgrade AV systems on a regular basis to guarantee optimal functioning.
- Assure the users of the AV systems are satisfied by offering them first-rate technical support and training.
- Configuration of audio-visual equipment
- Communicate with contractors and users.

What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or a similar field
- At least 3 years working experience in the AV sector
- Reading and comprehending schematic and E&M drawings as well as proposal documentation.
- Familiarity with network, equipment and control system in an AV integration system
- Prefer certification: CTS, QSC, Shure, Extron
