I. MAIN DUTIES:
  1. Develop marketing and advertising strategies and develop products/services: Research and analyze company products/services, analyze customers and competitors, target customers, implementation tools, timeline, costs... based on the general direction of the Board of Directors.
  2. Directly deploy B2B Marketing activities and campaigns mainly on the main Alibaba channel and website, sub-channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  3. Build and manage content and scripts (including creating ideas, writing content, presenting image and video content) on the Website, Alibaba page and Social channels (youtube, facebook, linkedin, Google+ ,..).
  4. Planning and content for sales & marketing documents including: catalogs, brochures, articles, presentations, tests & comparisons.
  5. Implement trade fairs, customer conferences... to support business activities and increase the company's brand value
  6. Work on data provided by the company and implement email marketing campaigns to synthesize potential customer data for the sales department.
  7. Measure campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics, Data Studio or PowerBI or software with similar functions. Synthesize and analyze user insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  8. Coordinate with departments to organize internal company communication events.
  9. Report campaign effectiveness and social media channels to Direct Manager.
  10. Report weekly/monthly/quarterly work details to the Direct Manager.
  11. Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • University graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related.
  • Have 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Priority is given to those who have worked in the F&B industry manufacturing (non-diary, non-alcoholic), exporting products will be preferred
  • Good English
  • Understanding of Google Analytics/Data Studio. Master and proficiently use Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Understand and operate user insight analysis tools.
  • Understanding and operating on the online trading site Alibaba.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing tools: SEO, SEM, Content MKT, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing.
  • Ability to write: fanpage posts, website SEO articles, PR articles, advertising articles.
  • Able to manage website, fanpage, Facebook group
  • Knows how to organize and cover tasks, manage working time well, ability to learn and work under high pressure.

  • Working time: Mon-Sat
  • 13th month salary, bonus
