Overview:
The Back-Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team in managing the company's day-to-day operations, as well as working with the parent company on financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management:
- Manage records and documents: Plan and coordinate daily administrative activities, including record and document management, scheduling, and company events.
- Support professional activities: Support activities related to environmental and energy projects, including document preparation, coordination with relevant departments, and ensuring project timelines.
- Manage facilities: Manage and maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring an efficient work environment.
- Ensure information security: Implement information security measures to protect company assets.
- Technical skills: Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and office productivity tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment, technology, and market.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Preference for candidates with additional Korean language skills.
- Professional knowledge: Strategic vision for the energy and environmental market. Understanding of industry trends and government policies. Ability to develop and implement long-term investment strategies.
- Education: University degree in business administration, finance or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
